Frost Cafe in Culpeper

Wonderful historic building houses Frost Cafe. Nice, friendly staff, know their regulars well.Great food anytime. My country ham was very salty (as should be),fried eggs were perfectly cooked to my liking, toast not to dark. And a tall glass of chocolate milk reminded me of our regular place when I was a kid.Of course I'll eat there again.

Fresh, homemade food, comfort food! Great prices for quantity of food. Cash only. Old style diner. Great shakes & malts!

As soon as you walk in it has a small town welcoming feel. The waitress (unfortunately I don't remember her name) was phenomenal!! The food was delicious!! We will definitely be returning.

You get way more then you pay for. This throwback diner with the barstools and booth seating and punched tin ceiling is something you don't see much of anymore...It's like a modern day malt shop. Stopped here for breakfast before a Shenandoah National Park hike and it was awesome! Love bottomless coffee!

Took a while to get food but was good when it came. Had breakfast.

All-around good diner. Had the sausage gravy over two biscuits, with scrambled eggs and cheese. I'm used to having more meat in my gravy, but the scrambled eggs were some of the best I ever had. Biscuits were fluffy and tender, but a bit over-browned on the bottoms (harshly contrasted with how fluffy they were everywhere else). Waitress made sure to come by and top off coffee.Cash-only, though there are ATMs nearby.

My grandma owns the frost cafe and they have best family comfort food there food is good and fresh but really depends who cooks that’s day the best cooks are Stephanie and Emily and Mathew and great service

Went to frost cafe for the first time this morning with my mom and it was amazing! I’m not even exaggerating when I say frost had the best breakfast I have ever had. The service was great and the food was amazing! I’m already planning my next trip back this Sunday

It was a great diner fix. A perfect fit into the quiet of Culpeper. Staff was friendly and the regulars make it feel right out of a movie. Food was pretty good and staff was friendly. If you haven't tried scrapple, its a southern classic that Frost Cafe has!

Delicious homemade food and very kind and caring service
